Returns & Refunds Policy
At The Graph Pad, we take pride in creating premium autograph books and accessories designed by collectors, for collectors. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring every customer has a positive experience.
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or unwanted items.
However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to reach out. We genuinely appreciate every customer and will do our best to make things right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@thegraphpad.com.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs when applicable.
We will review your concern and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution at no additional cost to you.
We stand behind our products and are committed to addressing legitimate product or fulfillment issues promptly and fairly.
Refunds & Replacements
Although we do not offer refunds for standard purchases or change-of-mind requests, refunds or replacements may be issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your payment provider may require additional processing time.
We do not charge restocking fees. Where a return is necessary to resolve a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, The Graph Pad will provide return instructions and cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights customers may have under applicable law.
